• Orders can be placed through the website, WhatsApp, phone call, or in-store.

• An order is considered confirmed once payment (full or part) is received or Cash on Delivery is agreed.

• We may refuse orders in cases of insufficient stock, incorrect pricing, or suspicious activity.

4. Pricing & Payment

We accept:

• Mobile Money (MTN, Vodafone, AirtelTigo)

• Bank transfer / deposit

• Cash on Delivery (selected locations)

All prices listed are in Ghana Cedis (GHS) unless otherwise stated.

5. Delivery

• Delivery is available within Effiduase, Kumasi and surrounding areas.

• Delivery fees may apply depending on location.

• Delivery timelines vary but we aim to deliver within 1–3 working days for available stock.

6. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

Our refund and return conditions are outlined in our Refund Policy (see below).

7. Liability

• We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers, customs, or unforeseen events.

• We are not liable for misuse of products after delivery.
